Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a full-time insurance sales professional to grow our customer base through local outreach and referrals. You will own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial services in a busy branch.

You will conduct policy reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies while building trust with members. Training and licensing support are provided, along with base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance License or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct policy reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Prospect locally, engage with community events, and develop referrals.
