Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent in Newark, DE. This in-office role offers a base of $45,000–$50,000 per year plus uncapped commission with forecasted first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000.

You’ll build your book, develop leads, and earn rewards including exclusive sales trips. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, recommending personal lines, small commercial and life products, and maintaining partnerships with insurers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Must reside within commutable distance from Christiana, DE.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Develop your own leads through referrals (realtors, lenders, dealers, businesses, and AAA members).
