You will build relationships through community engagement and referrals, driving business growth while earning rewards for performance.

The role offers base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with ramp-up earnings support during the first months as you develop your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch
• Conduct reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote/bind policies per underwriting rules
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond professionally to inquiries
• Prospect and engage in local events to expand referral networks and cross-sell opportunities
