Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring for a full-time Insurance Sales role at our Johnson City branch. You will own the sale and service of insurance products, build client relationships, and drive business through community engagement and referrals.

We offer base pay plus incentives, a ramp-up incentive of 5,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. Some weekends may be required, with ongoing training to obtain necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products; generate new business, retain clients, grow portfolio, and meet targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries professionally and urgently, support customer satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
