Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Lady Lake, FL is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to build a client base for insurance and financial services. Base pay plus performance incentives, full benefits, and ramp-up support are offered to help you establish a solid pipeline.

You will engage with local communities, network for referrals, and manage ongoing client relationships while meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Requires active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Requires active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments
• Health and Accident licenses as deemed necessary
• Bachelor degree not required; high school diploma acceptable

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a busy branch
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk and quote/bind policies
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Prospect locally through branch events and referrals to expand business opportunities
