Job summary

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; generate new business, retain existing clients, grow insurance portfolio, close sales, and meet targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies following underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries promptly, and support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
