Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a full-time sales professional at our Mishawaka, IN branch to drive insurance and financial product sales through proactive outreach and community engagement.

You will build relationships, manage client needs, and earn performance-based incentives with a comprehensive benefits package. Role requires on-site presence and a Monday–Friday schedule. Training and ramp-up support provided.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must qualify for all state licenses and appointments.
• Health and Accident licenses if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products and memberships.
• Conduct insurance reviews and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members and respond to inquiries professionally.
