Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking an energetic insurance sales professional for our Portage Branch Office. This full-time role combines sales and service of insurance products, memberships, and financial solutions in a fast-paced, onsite setting.

You will conduct comprehensive reviews, identify coverage gaps, and guide customers to suitable solutions, while building lasting relationships and driving referrals through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer-automated business environment (e.g., financial/banking).
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic ACG branch.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, quote, bind, and issue policies following underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
