Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to guide clients through health and life insurance options, build a personal client book, and mentor a growing team. This role blends client care with coaching, demanding integrity and service-minded leadership.

In this in-person, B2B and individual sales position, you will receive structured training, weekly draw pay with commissions and bonuses, and clear paths for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or eligible to obtain license.
• Proven sales experience with business owners and individuals.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ethical and service-minded leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions clearly.
• Conduct individual consultations and group presentations for teams of various sizes.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with client-focused care.
• Train and mentor new team members with professionalism and support.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices.
