Job summary

The Jennifer Haring Agency – Farmers Insurance in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a driven Sales Leader to lead an in-office team. You will guide a group of ambitious agents, close deals, coach the team, and build lasting client relationships while leveraging a proven sales process and fresh leads daily.

As a leader, you will mentor your sales team, collaborate across departments, and focus on new business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
