You’ll receive daily training, a proven sales process, and access to fresh leads. The role offers a base salary plus commission and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• License or willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales experience is a plus; drive and coachability matter most.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is encouraged.
