Jason Binyon’s Farmers Insurance Agency in Frisco, TX is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing team. You’ll start each day with a team huddle, reach out to prospects to create quotes, and deliver a standout customer experience while collaborating with teammates to hit ambitious sales goals.

Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Property, Casualty, and Life license preferred, but not required.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Ability to connect with people and deliver on promises with care and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow opportunities through personal and social networking, COI's, and company generated leads.
• Manage and service client needs before and as they arise.
• Foster continued growth through delivered customer experiences.
• Maintain continued training and knowledge of new product and systems.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets.
• Be willing and ready to take on other duties as needs arise in a small office environment.
