In this role you will provide exceptional customer service while focusing on new business production. You will work with qualified leads, educate prospects on coverage options, and help them find the right protection for their needs.

The ideal candidate will work from local office but remote positions are available and remote candidates welcomed.

Requirements

• Sales experience (insurance, retail, B2B, or service industries a plus)
• Experience working with goals, quotas, or commission-based roles
• Active Texas Property & Casualty (or willingness to obtain quickly) - licensing assistance available
• Background in roles such as teaching, coaching, customer service, or business development is helpful
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, commission-based environment
