Cleft of the Rock in Murray, Kentucky is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to guide clients through health and life insurance options with clarity and care, while building a strong personal book of business.

You will mentor and train teammates, conduct individual consultations and group presentations, follow up on leads, and collaborate with management to set and track goals. Licensing in Health & Life (or willingness to obtain) is required or reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license.
• Proven ability to build trusting client relationships.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions clearly and thoughtfully.
• Conduct individual consultations and group presentations for teams of various sizes.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with careful attention to client needs.
• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance with both professionalism and support.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure a positive experience for every client.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices.
