Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking entry-level Associate Producers to launch a career in insurance sales and business development. You will work with experienced Producers to identify new business opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and gain exposure to client-facing activities while completing licensing and training programs.

This program emphasizes mentorship, structured training, and hands-on prospecting to prepare you for a validated Producer role within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business development, sales, or related field preferred.
• Strong desire to build a career in sales, insurance, and risk management.
• Outgoing, coachable, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain a consistent prospecting strategy to build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Complete licensing, onboarding, producer school, and training programs.
• Use HubSpot and other sales tools to document activities, manage opportunities, and track pipeline progress.
• Shadow experienced Producers during prospect, client, and carrier meetings to gain industry knowledge.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and deliver a consultative sales approach.
• Learn about commercial insurance, risk management, and employee benefits offered through World’s platform.
• Collaborate with mentors and internal specialists to develop client-focused solutions.
• Aim to meet activity, pipeline, and production goals throughout the program.
• Progress toward independent management of client relationships and sales opportunities.
