Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC in Wakefield, MA is seeking an entry-level Associate Producer. The program includes structured training, licensing support, mentorship, and hands-on prospecting to develop sales and client-facing skills, with progression to a validated Producer role.

You will identify opportunities, build a pipeline, complete licensing and training, use HubSpot and other tools, and earn a base salary with commissions plus comprehensive benefits to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business development, sales, or professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain a consistent prospecting strategy to build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Complete all required licensing, onboarding, producer school, and sales training programs.
• Leverage HubSpot and other sales tools to document activities, manage opportunities, and track pipeline progress.
• Shadow experienced Producers during prospect, client, and carrier meetings to gain practical industry knowledge.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients while delivering a professional and consultative sales approach.
• Learn commercial insurance, risk management, employee benefits, and related solutions offered through World's platform.
• Collaborate with mentors and internal specialists to develop client-focused solutions.
• Achieve established activity, pipeline, and production goals throughout the program.
• Progress toward independent management of client relationships and sales opportunities.
