Job summary

InsuranceHub Leavitt Agency is seeking a driven Associate Producer to develop into a successful insurance sales professional. This in-office, entry-level role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and growing a personal book of clients through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent business experience is preferred.
• Property & Casualty license or commitment to obtain within 60 days.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and additional licenses as outlined in the program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and annual new-business goals.
• Build relationships with prospective clients via calls, email, social media, video meetings, and face-to-face conversations.
• Develop prospect lists and build a database of insurance expiration dates.
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Prospect targeted accounts and develop business within a specific portfolio of insurance products.
• Review insurance applications and deliver quotes promptly to convert opportunities into clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional coverage.
• Work toward a 25%+ closing ratio.
• Educate clients about coverage gaps and insurance solutions.
