Job summary

ACA in White Marsh, MD is hiring Insurance Sales Agents for an in-office role. You will identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, while building a book with renewal income.

The base pay is $45,000 to $47,000 yearly, with uncapped commissions forecasted at $60,000–$85,000 in year one and incentives for top performers. Comprehensive benefits and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from White Marsh, MD.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and acts as liaison between client and insurer
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, automotive repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals
