Job summary

ACA Insurance Services in Lawrenceville, NJ hires Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and match products across personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance. You will build a book of business, work with multiple carriers, and earn commissions from the first policy sold.

Qualifications

In-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Lawrenceville, NJ.
2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, acting as liaison between client and insurer.
Must be able to develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, brokers, lenders, dealers, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals.
