Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent in White Marsh, MD for an in-office role. You will identify customer needs, recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, and build relationships with insurers and underwriters.

The position offers a base of $45,000–$47,000 per year plus uncapped commissions with first-year earnings forecast at $60,000–$85,000. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with match, PTO, holiday pay, and volunteer opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with set metrics.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, EPIC or carrier/rater platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters; liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, lenders, dealerships, bankers, and AAA member referrals.
