ACA is seeking in-office Insurance Sales Agents to serve Worthington, OH and surrounding areas. You will identify customer needs, offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, and liaise between clients and insurers to secure coverage.

With a base of $45,000/year and uncapped commission, forecasted earnings of $60,000–$85,000 in the first year, top performers may access exclusive trips and incentives; strong career growth paths are available.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Worthington, OH.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and works as a liaison between the client and the insurer
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referral sources, including, but not limited to; realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, automotive repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals
