Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to identify customer needs and match suitable insurance products. You will offer personal lines, small commercial and life options, and collaborate with carriers to serve clients efficiently.

The role requires active licenses and a proven ability to generate leads; in-office work from Middletown, NJ with base pay of $45k–$52k plus uncapped commission anticipated at $60k–$100k in year one, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales meeting metrics
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC and multiple carrier/rater platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance solutions.
• Maintain partnerships with insurer representatives and underwriters as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealers and AAA members.
