Job summary

AAA Atlantic Insurance is hiring Insurance Sales Agents in-office near West Hartford, CT. You will identify client needs and offer personal lines, small commercial and life products while building a book of business and earning renewal income.

The role emphasizes prospecting, networked referrals, and leveraging a robust Salesforce/EPIC workflow to support client relationships and commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with meeting set metrics.
• Experience networking and prospecting to generate own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC and multiple carrier/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurers and underwriters, liaising with clients.
• Develop own leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealers, and members.
