Job summary

ACA in Wichita, KS is looking for Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. You will maintain partnerships with insurers and work as a liaison between client and insurer.

This in-office role offers a base of $45,000/year with uncapped commissions and forecasted first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000, plus onboarding, coaching, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (personal lines, small commercial, life).
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters; liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, brokers, lenders, and AAA member referrals.
