Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive in Charlotte to build a book of business by prospecting referral partners in real estate and mortgage sectors. You will assess clients’ insurance needs, compare options from a broad carrier portfolio, and deliver tailored solutions to protect households.

Role includes comprehensive training, licensing support, and a clear path to leadership with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from real estate and mortgage industries.
• Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
• Build a book of business and drive growth through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
