Your Role: As an Insurance Product Support Analyst, you will own responsibility for a specific functional area of the product business (e.g., Product Specs, Forms Content, or DOI Complaints) and are accountable for achieving the associated goals.
Your work:
Establishes basic strategy, project plans and processes consistent with business unit and company objectives and accepted standards.
Builds relationships/collaborates with business partners within and across divisions (e.g., IT, Marketing, Departments of Insurance, etc.) and provides them with general direction and coordination for functional area.
Acts as team lead, providing guidance and training to junior staff.
Reviews insurance policy contracts, documents, specifications, requirements, letters, reports, records, filings and/or other documentation created by others for adherence to regulatory, quality, and other standards.
Performs complex research, interpretation and analysis.
Responsible for small to large projects.
Coordinates communications and training.
Recommends and implements process and procedure improvements.
Assignments may vary.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant subject or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of directly related experience.
Expert knowledge of functional area and strong strategic planning.
Proven research and analytical (quantitative and/or qualitative) skills with ability to perform analysis and propose solutions to complex issues.
Strong adaptability, multi-tasking, time management and project management skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills, including composition, spelling and grammar.
Ability to minimize, and not exacerbate, escalating situations.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required.
Shows respect for differences through excellent communication skills with people from an array of backgrounds.
What would make us excited about you?
Advanced degree in related field and/or CPCU designation.
Knowledge of insurance and ability to read and interpret complex laws and regulations CSAA IG product knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint.
Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.)
Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.)
Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings

The national average salary range for this position is $89,000 - $99,900. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $79,000 - $119,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
