Salary Range: $26.00 - $41.50 per hour
Pay Info: Starting at $26, with increases based on experience
Performs routine healthcare information system and application support. Uses analytical skills to investigate or escalate issues, resolve incidents, and support service requests. Assists in creating and maintaining training documentation and leads training sessions. Researches and recommends workflow improvements, and creates and analyzes reports.
The role involves gathering, analyzing, designing, developing, modifying, testing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining information technologies to support business needs. Promotes teamwork, collaborates with other departments and vendors, manages change effectively, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency with software such as Word, Excel, databases, and presentation tools is required. Knowledge of multimedia tools, training documentation, software development, or web applications is preferred. Familiarity with ITIL philosophies and relevant laws/regulations is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience with OnBase or RightFax preferred.
Focus in IT, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred. One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interfaces is preferred.
IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire if applicable, with up to three attempts allowed.
