Job summary

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Program Engineer in Tampa. The role focuses on implementing and testing insurance products, troubleshooting, and supporting operational excellence across Product, Engineering, Operations, and QA.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years in analytical roles, strong Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate across hybrid and distributed teams. Some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–4 years of quantitative, analytical, technical experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Applied knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, XML, JSON, HTML.
• Experience interpreting data and validating outputs.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of insurance products and configurations.
• Execute product testing, regression testing, and validation activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues with stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support automation initiatives.
• Analyze system behavior and business requirements for alignment with IT.
• Serve as a technical resource for internal teams on system functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and testing artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product and improvements.
