Job summary

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, seeks a Senior Software Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and delivery of software platforms and onboarding experiences. You will partner with design, engineering, QA, and data teams to translate complex problems into scalable product solutions across the customer journey.

You will apply systems thinking, measure customer trust as an outcome, and lead discovery with user research.

Qualifications

5-7 years of product management experience in software/tech environments.
Customer-first mindset and ability to translate needs into product outcomes.
Bias toward measurable value over activity and strong storytelling.
Experience across full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel 10–15% annually.
