Job summary

SageSure is seeking a Program Engineer to support product implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and automation across Product, Engineering, Operations, and QA. You will analyze requirements, validate outputs, document workflows, and help deliver high-quality insurance products in a hybrid, distributed environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in a related field, 3–4 years of quantitative/analytical experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to communicate with both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of quantitative, analytical, or technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Applied knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, or similar tech.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of insurance products.
• Execute product testing, regression testing, and validation activities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product issues with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and support automation.
• Analyze system behavior and align business objectives with technical implementation.
• Create and maintain technical docs, testing artifacts, and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery and improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional sessions and engage across locations.
• Build relationships across teams to drive problem-solving.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
