SageSure is hiring a Program Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You’ll support analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement of insurance products, processes, and systems within Commercial. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations across locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Insurance, IS, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably Commercial Insurance.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain clear requirements docs, process flows, user stories, and artifacts.
