Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–4 years in a quantitative, analytical, technical, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proficient Excel; SQL/T-SQL/XML/JSON/HTML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of insurance products and configurations.
• Execute product testing, regression testing, and validation activities for quality.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues with stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support automation to improve scalability.
• Analyze system behavior and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as a technical resource and create documentation and artifacts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ops, and QA to deliver and improve products.
• Participate in cross-functional sessions, workshops, and in-person meetings.
• Build relationships across teams, locations, and time zones; travel 10–15% as needed.
