Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
1–3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
Ability to document, analyze, and validate business requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
Develop clear requirements, process flows, user stories, and artifacts.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure requirements align with business goals.
Review requirements with stakeholders for accuracy and completeness.
Support QA testing and ensure solutions meet documented requirements.
Analyze current systems to identify improvements and better user experiences.
Document and refine business processes and system capabilities.
Engage in virtual and in-person sessions with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate discussions across locations and time zones.
