Job summary

SageSure in Jersey City is seeking a Program Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to gather requirements, document processes, and support continuous improvement of insurance products and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 1–3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably Commercial Insurance.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure requirements align with business objectives.
• Review requirements with stakeholders for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with QA to support testing and validate solutions.
• Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Support documentation and refinement of business processes and system capabilities.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders across functions, locations, and time zones.
• Assist with implementation activities and post-launch support.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
