Gallagher in Chicago seeks a dynamic Producer to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and deliver exceptional service in our P&C team. You’ll lead growth initiatives, network effectively, and work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has proven sales success, thrives in a relationship‑driven environment, and is prepared for 25–50% travel. A Bachelor’s with insurance licensing or GSIP is preferred; strong local market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience; strong candidates considered.
• Bachelor's degree with insurance licensing.
• Professional certifications preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM).
• Familiarity with the Chicago market and local connections.

Responsabilités

• Develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients.
• Maintain relationships with business owners, executives and key decision makers.
• Prepare and implement individual business plans and production budgets.
• Mentor team members in new client sales and service.
