Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in insurance or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; P&C license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to leverage data to craft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through networking with Retail Agents and Carriers.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to achieve production goals and grow the book of business.
• Pre-qualify submissions and select best carrier, coverage, and premium for each client.
• Travel as needed to engage with clients and carriers.
