You will connect with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters to drive revenue, market wholesale solutions, and build strong carrier relationships for competitive pricing and coverage.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and a State P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

• Proven business development and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through networking with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to achieve production goals.
• Build strong relationships with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
• Pre-qualify submissions and analyze client risks for suitable quotes.
• Lead, train, and oversee supporting staff when assigned.
