Qualifications

• Education and experience as stated: Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 3 years in process improvement.
• Experience in or preferred knowledge of insurance operations and process improvement design.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and self-service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessments of existing processes and interdependencies with policies and procedures.
• Uses data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and user experience improvements.
• Helps align new processes with existing ones to ensure scalability.
• Conducts testing of process designs to calibrate accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to develop actionable improvement plans.
• Leverages system functionality to support business objectives.
• Assists with establishing KPIs and tracking progress.
