Hybrid role with in-office and remote work options; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of process improvement experience, with insurance exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: generally 3 years in business process improvement.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessments of existing business processes and interdependencies with policies and procedures.
• Assists with developing new processes to meet objectives.
• Uses data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and UX enhancements.
• Aligns new processes with existing ones for scalability.
• Tests business process designs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to develop improvement plans.
• Leverages system functionality to support objectives.
• Establishes KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
• Tracks and reports progress; supports change management and training.
