Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
• Significant experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage
• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing managers or multiple departments
• Strong understanding of insurance agency operations
• Experience using data, KPIs, and scorecards to manage performance
• Proven success improving processes and developing people
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable holding others accountable and leading change
• Florida P&C experience preferred

Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Director to help us build stronger systems, develop leaders, improve accountability, and create the operational structure needed for continued growth.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop department managers and team leads

Oversee day-to-day operations across the agency

Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions

Establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards

Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance

Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and employee development

What We're Looking For

5+ years of P&C insurance experience

Significant experience within an independent insurance agency or brokerage

Compensation

$80,000-$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
