Fairygodboss is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage the client onboarding process. The Specialist will serve as the first point of contact after the sale, ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Service Team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and professionalism. Responsibilities include onboarding clients for ADP Technologies, working collaboratively with internal teams, and managing multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Excellent oral communication skills with clients, sales, and other service associates.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing systems and recommending new processes.
• Partner internally with sales and customer service associates.
