ADP is hiring an Insurance Implementation & Service Specialist in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You’ll be the client’s first contact post-sale, guiding the implementation from sale through transition to Client Service, ensuring a positive relationship and accurate policy setup.

You’ll review orders, inform on outstanding items, and set expectations for a smooth handoff. You will collaborate with sales and client service teams, manage multiple follow-ups, and handle high call

Qualificações

• Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment
• College degree is helpful but not required
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
• Client onboarding and implementation experience encouraged

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients for Insurance Products implementation
• Analyze and review policy and client information for completeness
• Coordinate with sales and client service teams
• Maintain daily schedule and high-volume inbound calls
• Ensure features start prior to turnover to Client Service
