Fairygodboss is seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard new clients and ensure they effectively use ADP products. You will consult with clients, analyze their needs, and implement ADP technologies.

The ideal candidate has client service experience, understands business processes, and can communicate effectively. The role offers a compensation range of $16.20 – $32.36 per hour along with various benefits including insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a client service/customer service environment.
• One year of business consulting experience preferred.
• A college degree is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their business needs.
• Implement ADP technologies and analyze existing systems.
• Partner with ADP associates in sales and service.
