Fairygodboss is looking for an Insurance Consultant to provide outstanding client support and solve challenges related to ADP's services. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling client queries, advising on coverage, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty producers license within 30 days.
• Clear communication style for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and digital channels.
• Investigate and resolve complex client issues.
• Upgrade knowledge on insurance industry and ADP products.
• Identify recommendations for additional lines of coverage.
