Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Louisville is seeking an Insurance Implementation Specialist to serve as the client’s first contact post sale, guiding the implementation from sale through transition to Client Service.

You will review policy and client data, set expectations, and establish rapport to ensure a smooth handoff. You’ll onboard clients for insurance products, analyze existing systems, collaborate with sales and service teams, and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks while maintaining clear communication

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; willingness to train and learn on the job.
• Strong communication with clients, sales, and service teams.
• Excellent follow-up skills to close outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Ability to handle high volume of inbound calls and pace during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients for Insurance Products implementation to ensure successful adoption.
• Implement and analyze ADP technologies and processes within client environments.
• Collaborate with sales and client service teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and inform clients and internal teams of status.
• Maintain daily schedule and adapt during peak periods to meet client needs.
