Job summary

ADP is seeking an Insurance Implementation Specialist in Louisville to act as the first client contact after sale and guide the implementation from sale to Client Service handoff. You will review policies and client information, set expectations, and ensure a smooth transition to the Client Service Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding and relationship management.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days.
• Bachelor's degree not required; Veterans welcome.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Client. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for Insurance products implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing existing systems, interfaces and processes.
• Partner Internally with sales and customer service teams to share priorities, timelines and issues.
• Multi-Task & Communicate across multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and projects.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
