Job summary

ADP is hiring an Insurance Implementation Specialist in Florham Park, NJ to be the client’s first contact post sale, guiding the implementation from sale through transition to Client Service.

You’ll review policy and client information, set expectations, onboard clients for Insurance Products, and collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a smooth handover and successful adoption of ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree not required; skills and attributes matter most.
• Must have or receive Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment.
• Training provided for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients for Insurance Products implementation.
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to implement the ADP solution.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to exchange routine information and priorities.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and keep clients informed.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and handle high volume inbound calls with professionalism.
