You will work to meet sales goals while staying aligned with underwriting guidelines and customer experience expectations. Training is provided, with a base hourly rate and performance incentives.

Formación

• 0–2 years of sales experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or licensure required within 90 days of joining.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads.
• Develop relationships in the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to close opportunities.
