Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Insurance Business Manager to lead the sales and service team, ensuring accurate policy issuance and driving performance against the Insurance Scorecard. The role emphasizes coaching, compliance, and exceptional leadership to develop a high-performing insurance operation.

Candidates should have 4–6 years in insurance sales, supervisory experience, and a Property & Casualty license, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years Insurance sales experience.
• 1-3 years Supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the SSC selling approach.
• Advanced leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct all tasks to achieve sales goals and improve policy accuracy.
• Mentor Insurance Business Managers in Aslan HPC coaching.
• Lead sales and service tasks to grow net policyholder acquisition and retention; ensure best practices.
• Ensure operation complies with member service standards and maintain store visuals and marketing standards.
• Maximize productivity and member service; analyze satisfaction data and drive improvements.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; outline career paths and mentor for advancement.
• Communicate updates to the regional leadership and participate in inter-departmental meetings.
