Qualifications

• Bachelors' Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and assignments.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state.
• Associate in General Insurance - Insurance Institute of America.
• Aslan High Performance Sales Coaching and Performance - ASLAN.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all tasks related to attainment of sales goals.
• Monitor and improve accuracy of new policies sold.
• Mentor Insurance Business Managers in Aslan HPC coaching.
• Direct sales and service tasks to increase net policyholder count.
• Ensure adherence to selling approach and sales process.
• Maintain systems for monitoring sales and service performance.
• Coordinate staffing and recruitment for regional offices.
• Provide training on new programs affecting sales and profitability.
